How do I get a Walk t-shirt? We ask that each walker raise at least $100 in order to receive a free Walk to Cure Diabetes t-shirt. Walkers who raise $100 or more will receive a ticket at registration that they can redeem at the t-shirt table for a shirt. After registration has been completed, remaining Walk t-shirts will be sold for $10 each.

If you do not get a chance to register online, you can register at the Walk at the Registration Tent.Teams are invited to design and bring a team banner with them to the Walk. Teams are encouraged to bring their banners with them as they walk around the Back Cove. After the Walk, the banners will be used to decorate the Registration Tent area. Are there support groups or other parents I can talk to about everyday issues? Yes. JDRF has many compassionate, understanding, and dedicated volunteers who have been through many of the things you are experiencing and are more than happy to help you. Our Online Diabetes Support Team is made up of such volunteers. In addition, there may be support groups in your local community that meet on a regular basis.
